We went here already knowing what we wanted. I didn't really see any staff to point us in the right direction but thankfully the signs did their job well. The cashier was very friendly, but she was the only person we saw. It's a great location to get in and out quickly, but the whole time we were trying to cut the insulation that we needed out, there was no one to be found. Didn't bother us too much because we only went for a couple items, but it would have been nice if someone was around to help. Aside from that, the store seemed clean and there were speedy and friendly cashiers, but I can't speak for the rest of the staff.

Terrible service. My mother and I went there to pick up a can of paint. Granted, they were very busy and we saw a manager helping other customers. My mother asked him if we could get some help and he said, " Sorry, no I'm very busy right now." I felt like there must've been some sort of miscommunication, but he told me the same thing. He didn't say "Give me a moment and I'll be right with you." It left a bad taste in our mouth, so we left for Home Depot and was greeted with wonderful service. Honestly, they just lost two customers over this. Not trying to sound hyper critical, but that's not how a manager should respond at all.

Hello, I love Lowe's the company. However your delivery company you should reconsider using. My husband and I have just bought our first home. When we had the refrigerator delivered your delivery men scraped it across my hardwood floor. I made a report at your store and they sent an email to the man who is in charge of delivery and I have heard nothing back. When the same men came back to delivery the range I mentioned it to him. He said they were not over there. My kitchen is small they had to push the refrigerator over to get it in. I have pictures of the damage. Please rethink your delivery service. I will not be having anything else delivered until you do thank you.

Had lowes do our fence 4 years ago, not a bad experience. Was told it had a lifetime warranty, called the store for 2 years to get it fixed with no resolve. Now we are getting a deck built, the financing and price was good from Lowes and the guy who quoted the job said he will get our fence fixed. Signed the contract with them July 20th, well the guy never ordered our doors never scheduled the deck install but our account sure was charged the money. Called the guy for 2 weeks with no return call. They apologized knocked a bunch of money off. Well the earliest to get the deck built is October 23rd if we are lucky. That's right folks 3 months to get a deck built, no communication, no remorse just horrible customer service all around. Don't bother, go somewhere else, shame on me.

Good luck finding anyone that will help. I went so far as to set an appointment and still nothing. They went to lunch is not acceptable. Left me in the cabinet department feeling like Julia Roberts in pretty woman. "I got money see in need cabinets... I have money".Guess I'll take that money with me somewhere else. A few days latter I tried again at woodhaven Lowe's. A nice woman named Jessica helped design my kitchen and I will add photos and a separate review for that Lowe's upon completion
