We use this Home Depot frequently. Most everything is organized and products are as expected. Employee help is sometimes good, but sometimes I can't find anyone to answer a simple question, no matter how long I look or wait. If you generally don't need help or recommendations and just want to go in and get a reasonably priced product or part, then this store is for you. 

Decent garden supplies seasonally too.

If you purchase appliances from this store, do not be surprised if you experience nothing but headaches. We ordered a washer and dryer and did not get them until 5 weeks after the initial delivery date. 

The delivery company that Home Depot works with is horrible. They installed our washer and dryer into someone else’s home, then claimed that the units were damaged to cover themselves and get new units sent. Weeks later, we received replacement units, but the washer didn’t work. When we finally received our working units, it was 5 weeks after initial delivery was supposed to happen. 

Basically, a headache, through and through. If Home Depot decides to use a delivery company other than Home Delivery Link, you might have better luck but until then, spend your money somewhere else.

Took a while to flag down an employee to run the key copying machine. Ended up being a female employee with a lot to do already. Male employees were obviously hiding. She did a good job, the keys work. But they should have a self-service key machine like KeyMe.

Southgate service has definitely gone down since last visit. Road is blocked for city construction, not their fault, but cashier was not in a good mood ( maybe a patriot fan?), regardless, no excuse. And gentleman in plumbing was unblocking aisle for forklift traffic, and I said if he was done in this row, he acted put off and said, you'll have to walk around.. no big deal, I cut thru paint to grab some items, but the fork wasn't even there yet.. he could have allowed customer traffic. Big store, always has what I mostly need, but will probably switch back to sonny's ace hardware in canon city.

Most of my experiences have been positive here. Major kudos to Patrick, who always goes  out of his way to be helpful! However, this is not a good place to shop during peak hours if you are physically disabled and it is Patrick's day off. Good luck getting handicapped parking. Also, the employees need some disability sensitivity training. While using an electric assist cart, I was treated like I was invisible, and two employees on two occasions wouldn't escort me to the appropriate aisle and/or help me to make an educated purchase.
