Newna, Ga store: Ordered a refrigerator and did not get a confirmation on delivery set up, nor told when it was scheduled. When I called Customer Service was rude. Before I could even finish speaking, Representative said I would get a call tonight, then hung up without any prompt that I was finished with my inquiry. Update: never received a call from Delivery services. Called Customer Service Helpline. They first tried to claim I picked the item up same day. Had to be forceful in explaining I did not, and had watched as a scheduled delivery invoice was made. Got a manager who the says they will have to credit and recharge my credit card. Then the delivery will be made on Sunday. But again have to wait for a call between 6-10pm to confirm delivery. Lowe's was going to steal $655 from me if I had not called regarding this matter. I will never set foot or refer this company again.

Bought Stove from Newnan store. Fantastic service from Pamela Sharar. Really took time to tell us about the available product. She was a great sales person, no question she knows her appliances. Great prices!! Great service!! Thank you for a great experience.

Visited Lowe's this morning to get supplies for a project. Went to the door and window area as well as the paint area. I am not a big fan of the door and window personnel. They lack public relations. But really liked the young man at the paint counter. Very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Wish I had gotten his name, I was in a hurry to get home, the worker was waiting on me. Anyway, will visit their paint counter anytime. Will not do business with the door and window area again. After two HUGE mistakes by the guys who man the desk. We finally got the right door for our patio.

Associates go the "extra mile", great customer service! I've been there twice in the last wk, both times when I asked an associate for help, they went to other departments to help me; even a cashier coming into work helped me, she didn't stop until she found the Teflon tape I needed, it wasn't the cost of the item, it was customer service. This location is clean and well maintained. I recommend it for your DYI items.
