My entire experience was terrible from the get go. This company clearly doesn't care about its customer base. We purchased a tv stand or desk as well as a fireplace back in December. We were immediately told by Sara Hicks that the fireplace was on back order. The earliest we could receive it would be in February. This by itself is terrible customer service. No apologies were offered by any member of this despicable store for this inexcusable delay. Then when the fireplace finally came in, we were given a 4 hour window for delivery. Again, what type of customer service is this. Some employee, who doesn't deserve to have a job, told my wife that the delivery is set up by zip code. Someone with even half of a customer service mantra, couldn't adequately explain the logic behind this service.. Rooms to Go represents exactly what is wrong with this country. Complete lack of customer service. The delivery individuals (who also don't deserve to have jobs) were nearly a full hour and a half late past the ridiculous 4 hour window. None of the 3 disrespectful delivery persons even remotely apologized for their delay. Again, someone at Rooms to Go needs to explain how you can justify this complete lack of service. I am writing this review to warn people to stay completely away from this store. Not one dollar spent is worth the hassle you will receive. Several calls to the so called manager at this store weren't handled in an even remotely professional manner. He gave my wife a number where you don't speak to a live person. AGAIN STAY COMPLETELY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. THEY HAVE A COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DON'T DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS.

Lovely!! Great selection and good prices on high quality furniture. I'm extremely happy with my selection,  thanks to the very helpful and friendly sales professional who helped me every step of the way.  Best place to buy new furniture,  several choices in many colors and textures. Beautiful living room and bedroom sets that are museum like in aesthetic appearances. UPDATE: appearances are deceiving. ..BAD QUALITY MERCHANDISE, BAD REPLACEMENT MERCHANDISE,  BAD ALL AROUND PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE PLEASE!!!

My wife and I went to look at new tempurpedic beds. Initially we were greeted and the worker showed us a few beds. After 5 minutes he said “I’ll be right back!” Well, 15 minutes later he still hadn’t returned. Two other works were just sitting at this table in the center and as we walked towards the exit, they didn’t say a word to us. So, my wife and I left and went to Ashley’s HomeStore in Newnan and bought a new tempurpedic. Don’t go to Rooms To Go if you like customer service! Go to Ashley’s!

*Edit based on response from “owner!” I don’t have a Rooms To Go order info because I didn’t buy anything from this terrible company. Obviously they didn’t even read my review and take the appropriate time to respond on a personal level. STAY AWAY!

Sent me a damaged sofa 4 times and only offered me $89 and I spent over $5k with this store this year. Every order we have received this year has been defected or damaged. Very disappointed with how this store and customer service handled the entire matter. They told me $89 was the most they could do for a reoccurring customer but this is the last time I give RTG a dime! Be wise and take your money elsewhere. It’s one thing to to not deliver on quality but it makes matters worse when you don’t properly compensate your customers. They do not stand by their mission statement or their so called guaranteed quality. They sell refurbished furniture that doesn’t last. If you read countless reviews on RTG from several sources you will see how people rate their furniture and customer service. It’s all around disappointing. Still in shock at how they treated my family after all the money we have spent this year.
