Worst Lowe's I've ever been to. Employees were standing next to each other chit chatting instead of helping customers. They charge for cuts in the board cutting area...$1.25 per cut... does it really cost that much Lowe's? And it's written on a piece of printer paper. BTW, the cutting station is out of order. Sounds like some shady back door deal to me.

Lowe's is like my second home. The employees are real nice, and very helpful. Their prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this to my friends

I usually get good service there but today was not the day. Asking to look at pneumatic staplers. The girl was visibly bothered that the stapler I wanted to look at was not on the shelf and she had to get the ladder to pick one up in the storage above. She quickly left after that and did not want to help me find the staples for it. I know when I am being invited to take my business somewhere else.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and had new carpet/tile Installed . Heather the project manager helped us through all of this. She made it much easier than it would have been on our own. She is a definite asset to Lowe's.

Wow I cannot believe the LACK of customer service I found at this store. I love Lowes! Not the case here. There were a few feeble attempts but the staff was unknowledgeable. The store manager tried to tell me they don't make a particular product when I know I can get it at Home Depot. He also walked past the customer service desk with a line 4 people deep on both sides. He asked, "do you need any help?", and then kept walking. Not impressed.
