Always friendly service and great prices. Had a torn up water hose that customer service told me to just go grab another off the shelf. no hassle at all. Much better than Home Depot. Great selection of healthy plants and flowers.

Cant get any department on the phone. Called 4 times. Twice call was disconnected. Operator 4th time didnt answer the phone. Will not do business with company who does not answer or keep enough employees in their stores. And they wonder why online shopping has increased and the brick and mortar stores are all closing.

Everything was where it was supposed to be according to the website. Be aware though, when internet shows stock, often times it's including the display.

Cashier did not know they sold drywall patch panels and could not figure out how to rig them up. She put items we did not buy on the ticket, and did not put all the items she did ring up in the cart. She also could not ring up the open stick hardware sold in the bins, even with the part number and UPC code number clearly marked on the provided plastic bag. A manager was unavailable to help.

Great visit, had to replace a fridge shelf glass with make shift plexiglas at 945 pm. Staff was amazing and they got what I needed. My food is safe. Thank you Lowes.
