DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS FROM THIS STORE!!! My husband and I bought a split king bed that we were very pleased with so when it came time to buy 2 twin beds, we immediately went back to Mattress Firm. This is a decision that we now regret. My daughter's bed frame and mattress were full of bed bugs. As well, while we were disinfecting the bed, we noticed rusty screws, staples, and other hardware on the bottom of the adjustable frame.  Therefore, we realized that we had been delivered a used bed.  We went to the store the next day and even called corporate. The regional manager at the store and the corporate employee both told us there was nothing that they can do for us. Obviously, Mattress Firm does not stand behind their return policies and do no care about their customers! BUYER BEWARE!!!

We were met by a friendly knowledgeable salesman.  He helped us find the perfect mattress set for our needs.  The delivery was set up for the very next day.  The 3 delivery men were very clean, careful,  friendly and arrived on time.   I will be shopping there again.

I bought a HR500 King Size bed. My sleep has dramatically improved. I no longer wake up with back and neck pains and no longer disturb one another when getting outa bed. Best memory foam beds you can by for under a $1000.

I received sufficient information about the mattresses. I was offered to lay on the demonstration mattresses to get a feel. I declined the offer because I had already been given advice by a friend, who also bought his mattress from Mattress Firm, on what type of mattress to get.

I went here with my grandmother to help her shop for a new mattress. This store tried to rip her off and used high pressure techniques to try to keep us from shopping around and comparing prices. We went down the road to Bedzzz Express and found the same mattress and frame setup for over $1000 less. Don't waste your time going here.
