Very helpful and knowledgeable staff members who were eager to help. Wasn't planning on spending the money I spent but I'm the long run it was well worth it, and I wasn't rushed to make a decision. 2 thumbs up for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 😀

Need to have more help working in all departments. Found a couple guys to help me but neither really knew where what I needed was.

I went to the Customer Service counter as directed to pick up my online order. I was then told that my order was being held at the contractors desk and that I needed to go there. 
It would have been much better if I had been told that in the pick up email.

This store had a sale on appliance's so I purchased a dishwasher.  I initially felt good about the purchased because I save $20 over the Lowes price.  However, the delivery company (Hackbarth Delivery) hired to deliver and install the dishwasher was a no-show for their 4-hr window.  Home Depot was no help getting it installed same day.  Since this company only delivers a couple times a week in Millbrook, I now have to wait another week, if I don't ask for my money back before then.  Finally, 4 associates and 1 manager from the Prattville Home Depot promised to call me back with a staus--none of the returned my call, but they did reschedule the delivery the following week although I told them I was unavailable that week.  I had to call corporate, but they seem spineless too.   Avoid thsee companies--you'be been warned...
