Prices are cheaper at the Rogers store. This one is ripping people off because of the older crowd. Also, Lowe's is supposed to give free fence quotes and this store said they wouldn't unless I commit to hiring them for the job. I called the Rogers Lowe's and they came right out for the quote. They told me the Bella vista Lowe's shouldn't have turned me down. Some fat white idiot at the pro service desk turned me down and all his goonies stood by and watched it happen. It sucks to have this store in my town. I will go out of my way for better service. Also after working all day, I had to check myself out and enter in codes. That shouldn't be my job, open at least one register!

I have usually been pleased with this Lowes but can say I will not be back. Second time in as many weeks there was not one cart for drywall/panels even after looking in parking lot. Spent 30 minutes looking while employee after employee walked past me. The "Assistance at flooring" all PA announcement went off for at least 10 minutes. I almost went back to help the customer since nobody else would. When the contractor area cashier saw my frustration she asked what she could help with and I told her there wer no carts. Another customer laughed because he couldn't find one either. Guess I'm going to have to drive farther for Home Depot.

My wife and I thought we would give Lowes another try after our last bad experience. We had high hopes.We weren't sure what the return policy was for lumber so we called and the person in lumber just laughed at our inquiry. Their unprofessional attitude has made it perfectly clear that we will drive out of our way to a Home Depot, which has always been good to us or a Meeks Lumber for all our hardware needs.

Not impressed. Nice fellow at Fayetteville store called over to verify this store had enough boxes of flooring. Assured yes, 70+ boxes. I heard him ask 3 times if they checked, yep 30+ on shelf and full flat in back. He tells them we are on the way, pull it and put our name on it. Get here, husband is directed to isle while 2 people sit on their butts for him to load 34 boxes, ok where are rest? No answer... Talk to manager, Josh E. then the female, the same one that took the original call from Fayetteville. Says she counted all the boxes and didn't realize there was more than one color. She got her number from computer, couldn't be bothered to check. Manager shrugs shoulder and offers to have someone push the cart my husband loaded to the front. No offer to help find another store with product in stock? NOTHING. From now on we will stick to Fort Smith or Van Buren stores. Service at THIS location was just insulting, not worth making the drive,

I wanted a fairly clear 2 by 6 by 8 and there were only five or six them on the Shelf I had to buy a 2 by 6 by 10 in order to get a nice looking product for my shelf, then cut it down to fit. What a waste. Ray Cork jr
