I had a personal matter come up and called them to tell them I was going to be 8 days late, but I would pay the late fees. But no, they can't do that. So i have to somehow come up with more than half my payment. Wow. Ya know A lot of times things happen in our lives that we cannot control. Even they should understand that. It's sad that they dont. Its not like i was going to be a month late.

Please everyone check your receipt! As i just did when i got home from paying on 4 agreement plans i have from the London store. And as i get paid on the 3rd of each and every month. I tell everyone that i will pay my bills on or before the 3rd. And today being the 3rd or Febuary I was there paying on my bills. I was charged a LATE fee of 15$ which is not a lot But to someone like me getting Social Security,,,$15 is a lot . So please please check on your receipts
