Prices are on par with Home Depot but the service is MUCH better. Every single employee I contact is helpful, knowledgeable, and has a great attitude. More importantly, there are enough employees to help customers in a timely manner. Every box store could learn from this one.

In April we hired Lowes to install a shower in our new home. The contractors they sent us, G Contracting, damaged our home (there is currently a hole in our closet that they made when installing the shower), installed the tiles so that they are crooked and uneven, left a gap between the light fixture and the ceiling, installed the shelves crooked, among other things. When we expressed any sort of concern they argued about fixing it, and in many cases never fixed our concerns. When the men came to measure for the glass doors, they informed us that G Contracting had cut the wrong size marble tops on the half walls, where the glass and marble will meet. After 2 weeks they installed the right size marble tops, but the glass has yet to be measured and installed. We reached out to Lowes and they sent out 2 people to inspect and write a report. After they filed their report, Lowes contacted us to let us know that they hired an independent inspector to come and inspect the shower. The inspector found in our favor, but this over a month ago. Lowes sent the contractor a work order September 21st and the inspection. The work order call for them to fix the tile, grout, lippage/chipped tiles, half walls, damage, and order a new unit that is currently defective (all this per the work order I have in front of me). Lowes has since reached out and said that either we will not have a shower until after the holidays. It has been 6 months since work began, and the $17k shower is paid in full. We will never use Lowes again for any future home improvements or any future purchases. We have shared this experience with friends and family, and will continue to do so.

Lowes is much cleaner than Home Depot but the prices seem to be a bit higher .. Sales staff is dwindling quite noticeably .. Getting to be like H.D. .. Got to look for someone but at least you can still find them.

Poor customer service. Nasty people. Not to point fingers but it was a lady named Jane. Ill be sure to post it on social media and make sure everyone knows about the place their shopping at.

I hate to say that my visit to this Lowe's was not as kind as my one to the store in Bethlehem. The staff was VERY rude. They acted as if I was bothering them when I asked for help. The lady in the paint section didn't have a clue what she was talking about either. I learned that sometimes its worth driving a bit longer to get better service. I won't go to this store again.
