Rob the assistant manager is the most nicest helpful guy and took his time with us to help us find everything we were looking for ,for a bathroom remodel nothing was to much trouble.and was nice to all the associates and customers we passed a number one in our book.

On a recent visit to the 3926 Nazareth Pike, Bethlehem, PA 18020 location I planned to use the remainder of a gift card I had for quite a while. I had kept a photo of the card including pin so I could use it online or in store. The attendant was confused how to enter the card with a manager hovering - so she asked the manager *MARY*. Mary was immediately skeptical and looked at my phone declaring "I won't accept that". I asked why and she said "I need the physical card". I aseked a few other questions around the difference between the physical card and a "stolen photo vs stolen card" "ability to use card online etc etc". This was a $255 store credit I've had for a few years. I don't carry the card with me everywhere. After this quite unpleasant and hostile interaction with Mary, I asked to speak to a manger -- she noted she was the manager so I asked for another manager. Shortly after *LEE* came up to me, and without asking anything and very much in my face, started saying "I need the physical card". I attempted a few questions around why, however he was not interested in anything expect repeating "I need the physical card". At this point I had paid for my purchase with my own card because arguing with these two unprofessional and irate managers was not worth my time. I am incredibly dismayed at the conduct of both managers and especially that Kim had pre informed Lee in such a way that he already had prepared his statement and had no need to listen to me. Neither were willing to work with the situation, both told me "not my problem, that's policy, it's not my fault". Maybe it is policy (which I've never seen in the years of slowlay using this card) but the attitude of BOTH managers was commpletely the unacceptable

Generally I'm not a big home store chick, i just feel like that's guy stuff. I never know what I'm doing or where to go, and I generally don't find them to be much help or going out of their way to see if I need anything. Well I was so nicely surprised by the service here at this location. The staff was nice and friendly, and even though I had prepared to spend a half hour in there wandering aimlessly around, I was in and out all in about ten minutes! It was amazing. What a relief to know I can go to a home store and not feel lost for an hour. This will be my new go to place when I need home supplies.
