I ordered shutters from LouverView through Loew's home improvement. They had promised me 21 days from order to installation. I ordered the shutters on 29 September. Today is now November 1, and my shutters are not with the installer yet. I have also scheduled a housewarming/charity event at my house on the 10 of November. Today I talked to the Lowes today, and they said the installer would have the shutters on Tuesday the 7th of November but did not know if he could install by Friday. The only thing they offer for the 21-day promise is a $100 gift card to Lowes. I would instead a company that is partnered with Lowes keep it's $100.00 and not make a commitment they won't fulfill. If we had known that it would take much longer than 21 days, we would have scheduled the party another weekend. I am giving three stars because its out of Lowes Control, but they did recommend me to the company.

I would not recommend buying appliance from lowes improvement. I have been trying to fix my dishwasher, six months later is still not fixed. Very disappointed !!

Drove across town to purchase new kitchen appliances, after pacing the isles for 20 minutes with no assistance from the sales staff that kept walking by me I left to get them from Sears, Lowes needs to bring back the commission based pay for appliance staff to get motivated/knowledgeable people back in these departments. This has been an issue for a few years now with this company.

This Lowes seems to be getting worse. I went there and bought a black dishwasher. When I got home and unwrapped it, it was white. Had to haul it back (while the installer waited); they ran the exchange and I waited 15 minutes for the correct dishwasher. Unfortunately, after my wait they informed me their system was wrong and they had NO black dishwashers. Thanks for wasting a couple hours of my time and $100 on the installer. They desperately need new leadership to be better organized.

My Lowes appliance purchase was the worse customer service experience in my lifetime. I have always shopped here for my home improvement and now I will not buy a nail in this store. They scratched my hardwood floors with the refrigerator install. Really, is it that hard to raise the legs before you push the thing back in the space? Is it that hard to install a dish washer without causing an 8 inch crack in my granite and then not offer anything to correct $4k in damage? It's not worth any of that hassle or cost to shop here. Vote with your dollars...go to appliance specialty stores. There is no reason to shop here. It's the same price only they honor there garentees, have installers that aren't jamming your brand new appliances into cabinetry and ruining your countertops! Buyer beware!
