I dreaded having to go on the weekend, however it turned out to not be bad at all. I was asked twice by employees if I needed help. The trip left me with a good feeling about Home Depot.

Poor customer service. Store manager is hard to deal with, and does nothing to help me with problems. I purchased a Cub Cadet lawn tractor 2 years ago. It's broke down now. They refused to give me a military discount too. Jason seemed to care less about it. We have spent thousands there.

A great store! The employees are very friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience here.

Worst experience ever! After trying to locate a particular item, I reached out to an employee near by. Three different employees instructed (pointed) me on where to go, everyone of them incorrect! On top of that...as I was loading 12 pieces of 10ft. lumbar- two employees gate up the isle and approach me and state "Ma'am can you please move out of this aisle". I was baffled by the complete lack of respect! This store is filled with incompetent individuals. My husband and I own a reputable business-we also have a 'pro membership' and 'commercial charge card accounts' with them. Those accounts will be canceled first thing Monday April 10, 2017 and we will use their local competitors moving forward. They just lost a of business!!!!

I used to be a Home Depot fan, and would normally try to utilize this store as much as possible, instead of going to the competitor. Perhaps it's me, but I've noticed a decline in motivation and willingness of the employees in this store. Nothing major was explicitly done wrong, but for the last year or 2, I've left this store empty-handed many times simply because no one knew where to find something, or simply did not understand what I required. Their competitor has the same issue, as any large store, but they try, and they find the right people if needed. Calling this store to request information of any kind is also a joke. I will limit my future visits to this store for ONLY lawn and garden needs, for their personnel in this department are on point, and very helpful, but that is all.
