Good location and prices are similar to Home Depot. Haven't had a problem with customer service, but one time there was an in-stock item (not available at home depot) that had been re-shelved and no one could find it as it was not in the proper aisle/bay. Had 3 employees looking in earnest for it, so no problem there, but looks like their inventory management could use some work. I ended up having to buy it from Amazon. But my other shopping trips here have been fine. I have purchased most of my tools from here, as well as shelving and home wares and they're holding up well.

Every time I go to this store, the service is awful. Worst customer service ever. Employees are not helpful. One even broke my windshield after I told him not to put a 2x4 to rest on my dashboard. Went again today...and was basically told that I should go to Home Depot for good service. Never again will this store get my money. I will drive all the way across town from here on out and go elsewhere. Suck it, Lowes!!

This store really sucks.. Lowes pretty much sucks. Can never ever get everything you need to do a project. Thank God for Home Depot🙃 They are on the same path as home base, builder square. Hard to find employees and they don't know how to find things in other departments.

I dropped 140 dollars while I was there shopping. Went home and realized it looked for it everywhere and came to conclusion that I must have dropped it while at the store. Called and asked if anyone had found it. To my surprised a lowes worker had picked it up and returned it to the front desk where I was able to pick up. I'm thankful for this girls honesty.

Hours listed are wrong. Showed up at 9:05pm and they are just closing. Shows here they are open until 10pm. Planned my night after work around this being my last stop for that same reason. Now my project will be late. Not cool
