Bought a pistol from here. Ruger American 9mm. Every other site I've been to and review I've seen says this should come with 2 magazines. Mine only came with 1. I know it's only $40 but it's pretty shady to make me spend that extra 40 on top of the 400+ I spent on the pistol when it should have been included. Great gun and friendly staff, but still a shady practice.

Good stuff. Would call ahead to see if you need anything that might not be in stock. Guy working the gun area not helpful at all and would not bother asking questions.

I have been going to Murdoch's a few times a month for many, many years. After yesterday (1/30/17) I am done. This is not so much a complaint about their stock, but their staff and a general rant about why local brick and mortars are going out of business. I was in line to make my purchase. There was only one cashier, no problem. The customer in front of me was purchasing an item without a price tag. After several minutes and at least one employee making two trips to find a price the cashier called for help. Still no problem. Another cashier finally came to the front and told me she would help me at another register. No problem. She could not get the register to work, did not offer an apology and told me I had to get back in line. Not quite a problem, but slightly frustrated. I turned and some chuckle head quickly pushed his cart up to block me from returning to the original line. No problem, but there were now four other customers behind him. Now we have a problem. I simply said "Bleep it" and walked out. Now, had the employee who couldn't operate her cash register simply moved me to another register, or alerted the original cashier to take me next (as I was the next person in line) there would not have been a problem from my perspective. However, like most young employees today, she did not have a lick of common sense or actual courtesy. That she told me I just had to "get back in line" (at the end of the line) after being graced with her less than helpful or professional presence, was the proverbial straw for me and yet another example of why I do most of my shopping online and not locally. So, Murdoch's, that has until now had helpful and courteous employees, you are yet another local business that has lost my business to the gleefully ignorant, narcissistic and unable-to-count-back-change young employee free internet.

I was made to feel like a dirty indian in the white man's store. Jill Haskins was absolutly insulting and belittling. Not only her but Allison in Bozeman. I only gave them 5 stars bcause i want us others to know there not worth ur money! Why???
