I had a fountain I needed to put up on the wall that didn't come with any hangers it. Troy took the time to explain to me what I needed showed me what I needed explain how it had to be done. I wasn't going to go to Home Depot because I didn't think I would get that kind of service but now it's definitely on my list thank you and thank you Troy

I can always find what I need. All trips have been great except one. After lunch I assume it's bad everywhere. But evenings people are very helpful even if I feel I am asking a dumb question. Always been my favorite store!

Staff is helpful when they are available. Prices are a little high on some of the staple items. Recently they have reduced some of the quality brand tools they sell, like Stanley levels, etc. So now, I have to go between Lowes and HD to get everything I need for certain projects.

This was my "go to " store for a very long time. Today I've decided its my "stay away" store. I purchased a portable swamp cooler yesterday and discovered it had been previously sold, had parts removed, then re taped and put back on the shelf for an unsuspecting customer such as me to buy, take home, unpack and discover all of this. The burden now belongs to me to return and get my money back. Seems to be a recurring issue at this store, as this is not the first occurrence of this for me. My time is valuable to me and I'm simply done with Home Depot taking it from me because of their shortcomings. Saying "we're sorry" doesn't fix my having to drive 20 miles each way, wait in line and change weekend plans to get my money back. Today I did not even get a "we're sorry" statement. Just a request for explanation on why I was returning it.

Order online pickup instore function does not work properly. I've tried it many times, and in each instance, it would have been faster, when available, to gather the items myself.
