You may want to retrain your staff in their customer service skills. My cousin finished his 11+hr shift, headed to Lowes for some items to make some repairs on his service truck so that he can get an early start tomorrow. Arrive at 8pm (they close at 9). He encounters only 2 humans neither of which are happy with the fact he is there in their store so late. Guy 1: "I've already worked 8 hrs and I'm not doing nothing" Girl 2 : "I don't know why people come in here so late, are you really doing home repairs at 8:00?" Nice to see how customers are treated in your store.

Generally, compared with larger-market stores (e.g. Tulsa), selections are limited in depth and breadth, as well as brand choices, and especially, product availability on-site. This is a semi-rural location, so business-model supply in choices of stock quantity, and consumer brand preferences, could be limited by metrics of regional demand. I've not seen any significant price differences between this store and Tulsa locations ... but have seen lower prices for the same product online for Lowe's stores outside of TQuah (like, in Texas). Still, Lowe's Tahlequah is the only national, DIY home improvement center in town. Majority of the aisle and customer service staff are as extremely knowledgeable, as they are friendly and helpful ... if you can find them, which happens more frequently than it ever does in Tulsa;

Tahlequah lumber sells the same 7/16 osb for $13.45 whilst a large store like Lowe's does not do they home work and sells they 7/16 for over $17.00 It's time everyone at Lowe's pros staff be fired and smart friendly people be hired. They sure have a ugly attitude at tahlequah Lowe's pros desk . I am so glad they don't own the business and hope they get minimum pay.

Should be called SLOWE'S. Return counter rarely open, today (9/1/2017) the return cashier inside store was only register open for quite some time. That cashier was held up by a guy returning stuff without a receipt and she had to get someone else to go look up item #s. Best time to shop is on weekend when the kids that work there are off and the seasoned employees are working.
