I'm not sure if it was a white thing or a gay thing, but your staff treated my friend and I terribly. Not only was the cashier rude... But the customer service staff was terrible. Giving us an attitude and speaking as if they were inconvenienced for doing their job. They overcharged me for a saw. No biggie, I will go to the customer service desk and get the refund. I have the bin tag that shows what the price should be. There is no reason to suck your teeth and have an attitude with customers. If you don't like what you do, too bad. We all make choices in life and this is yours. I can't believe the substandard level of service I received. I'm appalled. I certainly hope your manager reads these reviews. I will be doing the survey on my receipt.

Even though sometimes it is hard to get an associate to help. The store is pretty well labeled and you can generally end up coming out with more than you were wanting to get.

CONSUMER BEWARE!!! Went in to use a 10% off entire purchase coupon I received in the mail. When I went to check out the cashier lady rang my items up and scanned front of coupon and hit a button on register to finalize the sale. I had been watching the items ring up and noticed that the final price was the same as before "discount". When asked about it, she responded, "it always says $0.00 when I ring in a coupon, the discount shows up AFTER you pay(full price). I asked again, "how do I get a discount after I've paid full price?" She called another employee, that informed me the coupon was only good for $25 off $100 paint. And eventually called a manager before she realized the coupon was inside the flier. Scanned the "card" and BINGO, 10% off the prices immediately show up in extended cost column. Then after counting out the $$$ money to pay her and her counting it out again to ring into register, she tried to keep my change!!! I asked her, how many people she's shorted the 10% discount AND shook them down out of their change???" Moral of the story: PAY ATTENTION AT REGISTER!!

It's ok for stuff you need to complete a project. The selection is good like most Lowe's. Old, shop worn building with mediocre crew. There are a few good employees but most have an attitude. There is a closed off parking lot on the side where the hookers used to go (but they fixed that by closing off the lot). Fairly safe area.

Tried to get some one on the phone for 20 min to ask a simple inventory question. Tried customer service, prodesk, nursery...nobody answered. Pick up the phone.
