This Home Depot is pretty large. It has a great selection of items common in a big box hardware store. Throughout the year they use a section of their parking lot for season items (examples - Christmas trees in Nov/Dec and mulch, fertilizer, hardscape supplies, etc during the Spring).  They have a large section for lumber and are quick to assist. On weekdays it seems they have more staff than customers. When they are crowded on weekends it may be find someone to help assist you. The floral/garden area (Nursery) has a tremendous seasonal selection. They have ample parking and the store is easy to get in and out of (and is easy to see from the main road - Broad street).

I have always had good experiences in the main area of home depot, however my experiences in the tool rental department have never been good. Most recently there were three men working behind the desk. I came in and said hello, to which no one responded and just stared at me. I said hello again and again they ignored me. I had to ask "can any of you help me?" To which one guy responded"no" and laughed. Though this was a joke, it did not help that I still had yet to receive any help or customer service. They made me walk to the other side of the building to grab a cleaner, not explaining what brand/type I needed. I realized in returning that they had a cleaner I needed in stock in the rental shop, so I did not need to walk across the building to search for it.  The man that was helping me left and the other man acted clueless as to what equipment the man was getting for me, though he was sitting there, not working, the whole time. They never explained how to use the equipment or any details on when/how it should be returned, and it looked fairly worn/dirty. When I left I said "goodbye, have a nice day" and, again, they just ignored me. All-in-all there was no customer service and I would not rent a tool from here again as it was more time consuming and I don't trust the rentals will be in good shape.

I've done several renovations with this Home Depot as my main supply. The staff is super helpful. At one point someone spent over an hour cutting and threading pipe for me. And he was happy doing it. The people at the paint desk are also noticeably more helpful than other places I've been. I look forward to getting my home improvement supplies from this location.

I have shopped here on occasion and have had an okay experience. It is ok if I can find what I need on my own.  This issue is when I have to ask for help that I feel the store lacks experienced sales staff.  I have even had sales people tell me to go to L0w€'$ to find what I am looking for.

The ladies at the helpdesk were amazing, especially the one lady which I didn't get her name. She found me in the aisle and then helped me find what I needed. She didn't have to do that so I feel like she went above and beyond.
