Internet order ready for pickup means wait 45 minutes while they process the order supposedly ready for pickup. They refuse to simply cancel. Here is a tip. They cant refuse to cancel. Just walk out, call your credit card co and explain. Without your signature of pickup it will be reversed. Unfortunate to have to do this but they are the ones making their own problems. They should just process the damn order or cancel like asked when it takes so long you could have just went and found it yourself 20 times already ... they wont let you just go get on off the shelf either.

I ordered a grill online for store pickup. I've been waiting 35 minutes. Staff refuse to even check on what's going on they just tell me they're sure it's coming. UPDATE: it ultimately took 50 minutes to pick up my internet order. It's hard to say what happened because almost no information was shared. It appears they may have been in the back assembling the grill. Which would have been nice if I wanted that, but I wanted it in the box. In any event the grill they assembled was not mine, nor did it belong to any of the other three people waiting. So they went and grabbed one in the box and brought it to the front of the store.

Worst service time after time 1. You have to wait at least 20 minutes min before you receive help (if they are even helpful) 2.anytime you ask for loader to help you they don't even know what they are doing 3. If you ever get work order they will literally take hours to come to get it so u minds well get it itself 4.they don't try go the extra mile 5. Hate using them for my business wish we had more stores with their prices because their management and support staff sucks

I don't normally leave bad reviews ever. But I went to my local lowes a few days ago and while in there my one year old son fell asleep. I had to purchase some large pieces of lumber. No one asked me if I needed any help which was fine I understand people get busy so I got a lumber cart and loaded it and proceeded to push the lumber cart and my sons stroller to the checkout. Again no one offered to help me. Then at the checkout one of my items didn't have a product number and the lady said I'd have to go get another one (which was on the opposite side of the store). She must have been able to tell I wasn't impressed because she said she guessed she could look it up in the computer. Then I finally checked out and no one asked if I needed help loading the large lumber into my car (I'm 5'4" and 115 pounds and again I have a sleeping child with me). It was actually another customer who came over and asked if I was gonna be carrying that by myself and he said there's no way he's letting me do that and he carried it all out for me and loaded it into my van. In the end, I was extremely disappointed and had only gone there because someone suggested it. I should have went to Home Depot like I had originally intended.
