Awesome customer service as employees were informative, helpful, and very kind. They actually cared. I am very satisfied with the quality and price of my purchase (three dress shirts and a tie). My small size is usually a challenge for making purchases but with the help of the employees everything worked out great. Warning: the urinals in the men's room smell awful. Just go somewhere else gents. Overall, I want to come back here again. Please consider more size 7 dress shoes. Thanks.

I've always liked Sears. The place had good sales and good quality clothes. The people were friendly and nice as well. It's a shame they're closing

They use to be good! Love catalog shopping, Always, have specialty sizes. Wish book use to be great! But for the past two years it became much smaller.. and lack of merchandise. They are very up in price. No wonder why they are closing I never shopped in the store, because employees are rude, and judgementle, Glad they finally decided to close There are many other stores to shop in..

Really sad to see Sears Canada closing. We have been shopping at Sears in the USA since late 90's, and here since 2002. Excellent brand options from clothes and bedding to machinery and appliances. Kemore brand is value for money. Liqudation sale is good.

Prices and sales are not good right now. A lot of the items had no prices. I would recommend waiting till after Christmas to go
