Today I went to the Home Depot Tecumseh Road in Windsor. I asked three Associates for help in the electrical department after 45 minutes I left the store. I stopped a customer service on the way out and told him about my experience, he did not have one word to say. Great customer service. I'm on my way to Lowe's now. My electrician gave me a list I'm rewiring an old house. He told me I'd be spending close to $1,000. I will never return to a Home Depot in this country. My guess it's time for a new manager at that store.

I was chasing out my purchase at the self service at about 4 00 - 5 00 pm today, when the supervising associate  - a middle aged strongly and vividly made-up dame - jumped on my cash stand, ripped off the receipt that are coming out after my paying for the purchase and patronizing me like I was a mentally challenged child, repeated No. no. no. no. no .... that's not the way to pay; she busted the cashing register that it did not know what it is expected of it any more, and the associate overtook the whole scene with her overpowering presence. She repeated continuously Sorry, sorry, sorry about that, sorry but she did not seem  willing to stop or retrieve. She arrived at a point to not to be able to continue without a credit /debit card - then she stopped and looked at me. This was my fist chance to say something as it appeared it was the first moment she realized that actually my card will make a difference whether or not the sore get money from my account. I am wondering, how such an uneducated , uninstructed and inexperienced person can get a job of taking care of customers in an area that can be quite demanding sometimes. I think she also issued an alarm signal from her console because my screen said Help is on the Way but for no reason at all. I waited a bit and the signal extinguished as I expected to happen as the purchase had been payed for and I truly needed no help at all. My experience was terrible with this stalking lady cashier, I would choose to buy in a general store rather than going back to this Home Depot.

Needed a fire pit that was wrapped up and in a high shelf. They got what they needed and got it down for us quick and they were amazing! Always happy with the service here.

It's a big store, sometimes you have questions abound it where stuff is. I've had good experiences with staff, but most of the time it seems like I'm bothering them by daring to ask a question. Most of the older staff could learn a thing or two about customer service from the younger staff. Friends experienced similar experiences. Shame.

The WORST experience with this company i ever seen in my life.. i been waiting for my stuff from aug,23 and after while I'm waiting for my stuff they told me we can't ship to your place that's all*.  cause i bought my stuff from Toronto and I moved to Windsor.. and it all one owner.  Guys be careful with this company. Don't believe them what they say to you. When I told them that I will cancel my stuff then they want to help me cuz I told them you're not going to charge me nothing money. 

First and last time i will buy something from Home depot
