Waited 6 weeks for tile installation, they didn't have it in stock and couldn't deliver. 6 weeks to order the tile and you don't check to see if you have it until the day of? Also got no call explaining that they weren't going to deliver it. I called after the time window had passed to see why no one came and was hung up on multiple times before someone finally handled it and told me my delivery order was deleted. Had to speak to a store manager to finally get any help as everyone else I thought it was easier to leave me on hold for 20 minutes and then just hang up the phone. Hell will freeze over before I ever shop at lowes again.

I am really disappointed with Lowes. We had a great design experience for our kitchen. However, it is only half installed. The installers stood us up. I've called Lowes three times and spoken with someone and they have assured me that they will call me. I have not received any calls. I'm calling the corporate office today to complain. We just want them to finish.

Not a bad visit. Wish they had more people working to help you find things. Its a huge store and hunting down that one item you need can take a bit of time. I'm sure if you came on a regular bases it would not be an issue. When I did fine some to help me they took me to exactly the item I needed and I was out of there quickly.

Online order pickup is horrible, wether it is one item and specially multiple items, be ready for a wait, out of stock, and every other nightmare. Lowe’s fails every time, Home Depot I would say is 90% better and they also have their faults, but they just earned me as a dedicated customer.

Genevieve in appliances was EXCELLENT! She was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and had A GREAT attitude. The cashier we sweet and understanding. Great experience since we were so stressed picking out appliances and tile. Thanks!
