After flagging down three employees asking for assistance. waiting for anyone to cut a new house key for me an employee stood talking to another person five feet away from me. Standing with two uncut keys in my hand clearly waiting patiently. A family of Mexicans showed up and she jumped right on helping them even moving me out of the way. I drop't the keys and walked out. I don't know who's in charge there but I do know a pushover manager's work when I see it.

We had laminate flooring installed. The price was good, the service fantastic, and the installation was professionally done. It took a little over a week for the order to be shipped to the store but the money saved and the price of the quality product offset the wait. I would recommend getting a quote from them if you're getting new floors.

In store is usually great, but don't order anything like appliances. I ordered a dishwasher that was supposed to be delivered today. They were supposed to call last night to set up a time and never called. It's now 830 on the delivery day and they are not here. When I called to find out where they were the number said they were closed for the day. I called the store, got put on hold for a half hour just to be told that it was still scheduled for delivery today, but she couldn't get a hold of the drivers because the warehouse was closed. I will be cancelling my order and going to Lowe's, like I should have done the first time. Lowe's has next day delivery and Home Depot made me wait over a week before they failed to deliver my unit. This is very unprofessional. I gave 2 stars instead of one because the people at the store have been very kind and courteous.

I went in for 30 amp 2 pole cutter hammer Gfci breaker . Electric department ok. I asked for help 2 find it .45 minutes  later no one  showed up , even after being paged 3 times .finely after going 2 one of the cashiers they got someone from plumbing who knew nothing about electric 2 tell he didn't think they carrier Gfci breakers. @ this point I had been there 1hr & 20 minutes. With no results.    This was the store @ I45 south & 646

Very crowded after hurricane Harvey.  Not as well stocked as I needed them to be with construction materials.
