Staff wasn't supportive or helpful. I came in to purchase salmon for my family and the man in the meat department was wonderful. However, when checking out I used my rewards card for the rewards price and the clerk couldn't explain to me why she didn't give me the rewards price listed. She told me it was hard to explain. Really?! You charged me 40.00 when the rewards price was 30.00 and didn't try to fix it but told me that I was right about the price. Then I swipe my card and you tell me insufficient funds. I call in front of her and it is definitely more than enough money to pay. Then she looks at the register and tells me it's a mistake on her end. Definitely feel insulted at this point because there's a line behind us. Last visit to lowes food. I'll go to Sprouts instead.

I love Lowe's foods! They have great products and unique and great sales too. Customer service is normally decent at a Lowe's. The Bermuda Run location has them beat on customer service but it was still a good visit in Clemmons.

On christmas eve one of the front employee, Tanner, helped me find 2 items i needed and quickly got a price check on another item. He bagged neatly for me while bagging for another register at the same time. mean while the store was pumping with business,He continuously made efforts to keep the lines moving.

This store is beautiful! The produce section is so inviting and the shelves in the store are immaculate and so neat! And did I mention there is a bar to get your favorite drink?

We always stop at this store when visiting relatives.  It's so nice with a great variety of tasty pastry, wine, and baked goods. I wish we had these in Charlotte.

This was the second time I've needed  decorated cakes on short notice and the Lowe's Foods bakery in Clemmons NC provided me with beautifully decorated cakes. They have been a tremendous help to me and and very friendly-- I'm very thankful to them.

Wonderland of delightful offerings ! Every-anything you could want AND things you didn't know you wanted until you see them. Highest quality meats, fish, fresh fruits and veggies plus wine and beer selection - all while you're tasting pizza ! I didn't want to leave

I love Lowe’s, but the baggers here are absolutely horrible. They put canned foods on top of eggs, and all kinds of things that cause your groceries to be smashed when you get home. Not sure why it’s so difficult. Please train your baggers appropriately. I usually go to self-checkout to prevent this, but I usually buy meals for the week, so it’s annoying to have to slow down the checkout process and hold people up.

We always visit this grocery store when staying with family nearby, and I am always so impressed. This store is perfect! It's always clean, well organized, and the employees here are some of the friendliest people ever! We actually just moved to NC last week, and I am looking forward to shopping here regularly now! Great job Lowes!

A good middle ground for prices between HT  and FL. Produce is not quite as good as HT, but is still very good. In house made sausage is excellent!
