This is the worst quality control in the universe.. Pizza is always inconsistently cooked.. I only order from here because the country club store won't deliver here..and you can't order carry out after a certain time, but tonight was more than Terrible. Completely unedible. Uncooked and still delivered. Whoever sent this out should be fired. I called back to get it remade, but they said the oven just broke, but wasn't broken when I ordered. The guy on phone blamed delivery driver, Kyle, for taking the food out too soon. Don't ever order from here. You might get a decent pizza 1 time out of 100.
The pizza we actually ordered was destroyed, I’m not even sure if it’s all in there. The other pizza wasn’t destroyed but instead of a hand tossed Buffalo Chicken it was another thin crust pepperoni. The most frustrating part is when I tried calling the store twice I was immediately placed on hold before I could get a word in. They never came back to the phone in the 15 minutes I waited both times. None of the sauces that are an extra charge either. So glad you get the convenience of having to tip in advance.
Anytime I try to place an order 45 - 30 minutes before close, they either make up some excuse for why they can't accept my order like, "were actually out of hand tossed pizza" "were out of pan pizza as well" or "our delivery driver is having car trouble so were not accepting orders" and if they do accept it my pizza is almost completely raw and i have to put it in the oven. I understand it's close to closing time, but I get off work at 11pm and it's usually the only place still open.
I can’t believe corporate or regional Dominos allows this place to carry on the way they are with customer service. Horrible communication skills, no apologies or explanation for their errors in delivery. They need a complete retraining from the regional office. I have ordered from them a lot but this will be the last time. I have always given them the benefit of doubt but when I order over $75 worth of their pizza I would hope to be dealt with in a friendly and at least professional way. I hope the entity that owns this branch actually reads some of these reviews and at least checks up on this location. Brutal experience.
Worst dominos out of all of the ones I’ve ate go to country club avoid this one at all cost ! They hire people who doesn’t like their jobs gives attitude to customers. Honestly this one should be shut down pizza is always gross and uncooked thrown together like they don’t care about your order . Doesn’t follow simple instructions. DON’T GO TO THIS ONE GO TO COUNTRY CLUB !!!!!! Unless you wanna waste your money !
I ordered a med pan pizza and there was no pan about it. It was flat as could be except around the edges and the middle was nothing but raw dough like it had not even been cooked. Tried calling but could never get through. With tip and delivery $25 in the trash.
The worse managed place to exist. Called to place an order and was left on hold for 10 min. Had a family member call and the same thing happened. Turns out they just decided to stop taking orders by phone, which we were told after 30 minutes of trying to order. Get it together.
Just wanted to give a shout-out to the manager on duty and staff on 11/28/22. I made a mistake on my order and they were kind enough to send the correct order at no extra charge. Great service!
It was amazing the lady that delivered tonight her name Jessica she had such great customer service a big smile and very friendly and the food was hot and delicious they need to have more delivery people like this young lady and fast delivery and she was so professional she needs a raise
Whole Crew is dope - As always - picking up slack from OWNERS - Keep on keeping on crew! Shout out to Mgmt too - thanks for doing the "best ya'll can" with what you get to work with. Ps. them tots is on point!
