Great food and great service. I  placed an order including a desert that they had run out of at this point in the day and the staff called me within 5 minutes to apologize and offer me a substitution. I’m in customer service and appreciate the adjustment to the situation and the apology. I will definitely continue to order from Lucano’s in the future.

Hands down the best stuffed crust pizza I have had anywhere in the country. They have a huge variety of food on the menu and I can't wait to try it all.

Pizza is decent, at best. Customer service and their management is awful... atrocious. Worst location and by far worst people I've dealt with at a takeout pizza place.
Horribly condescending, rude, short, and self righteous. 
Zero stars if possible!!!
Will never order from there again. Even though they bought out the previous owner that I've ordered from since 1999. I will always tell everyone I know in Palos Heights this is an eye sore on our community and should close up shop. 
I do hope the real Lucanos Management sees this and makes much needed changes. Especially, replacing the "general manager".

The deals here are great if you use the coupons and the staff are awesome. They're the kind of people who remember your name when you come in enough. This is my go-to pizza place in Palos whenever I have a party or large gathering!
