The ribs were tasty but barely warm.  But the only real complaint I have is at this Lucile's location the BBQ chicken was undercooked. The chicken had BBQ sauce all over it, but you could see that it was not cooked all the way.  The waitress took the chicken back and said they would fix the problem. Unfortunately she brought it back exactly the same way. Oh I forgot to mention... No baked potatoes till after 5 p.m. so we missed out on them, since it was around 3 p.m. when we were eating.  Don't you know that a baked potato is important?  😣

Good eats. 

Despite what the name says, the house is not made of smoke. It is structurally sound. Do not have any fear hospitalization of smoke inhalation.

I made 3 pm reservations on labor day.. it looked pretty busy when we got there, but we were seated promptly. Our server(my check says Sean, African American female, short hair) was very friendly. Very nice and helpful.Our food came in a timely manner.  All was fabulous, until our server went on lunch break. Another young lady took over, came to us once, and we never saw her again.. We wanted to order a Sundae, and she was nowhere to be seen! We wanted our check and I have no idea where she was this whole time.. Our server came back from lunch and I saw she was trying  to catch up with all her tables that had obviously not been waited on since sha had left for lunch.. The young lady that had taken over suddenly reappeared,  we ordered our sundae..to go!And asked for our check. Our original server told is that the manager was going to come speak to us regarding what had happened, but we had sat long enough as it was. The food was amazing. But service fell short for us that day.

Never a disappointment with Lucille"s.
Always good food, good service and a bit expensive. But so very worth it.
Because of the location parking is horrible, so show up at least 15 minutes early to find parking. 
I recommend the brisket and the St Louis ribs, my choice. But it is all delicious.
