Prior to buying from Loeber I became familiar with their Service Team managing one of my cars. Their care and consideration led me to buy my next car from Loeber. The sales staff was just as considerate. They managed to address all my needs from from accessories to price. So now having had interaction with both aspects of the dealership, I can only say I was satisfied beyond my expectations. I highly recommend you try Loeber for your next purchase.

Definitely no vibe that you are at a luxury marquee at this facility. Other dealers go above and beyond, Loeber seems to do just what they have to. They've been in the neighborhood since 1936 and haven't done much since. Service building is old, unimpressive and cramped. You'll stand around for a while until someone speaks to you. 

Brought my car in for service 3 times for the same issue. They, either don't want to or, are incapable of fixing the issue. Next step is a different MB dealership. 

Car wash runs only 9-5 Mon through Fri. So only when you're at work. On the off chance that I do go in during the week, the car comes back soaking wet. Asked the porter to dry it off, his answer: "no rags." This is the level of service you get here. 

From the sales guy to the service team they ask you to rate them on line and in MB surveys that they email you. They actually ask you to give them a perfect score. It's a weird  high pressure thing they do.  It's totally inappropriate at a MB dealership. 

The long and the short of it is if you're looking for a high end experience, you won't find it here. Go downtown or up to Knauz.......or buy a Lexus. This place is for people that don't know better.

I just purchased my fifth Mercedes and all I can say is that there is not a better Mercedes dealership than this one and most of all the salesperson who I worked with, Denis Tomsa, is definitely the best salesperson one can ever have - the most respectful salesperson who listens to the customers needs and makes the car buying experience painless and enjoyable.   I purchased my prior four Benz's from other local Mercedes dealerships and I have never given them a review as I did not believe they deserved a good review.   However, I felt compelled to give not only this dealership but my salesperson a good review as they are so deserving of it.  Thank you.

I would highly recommend Loeber Motors Mercedes Benz to anyone looking to purchase. The entire staff were very friendly and courteous from the time I walked through the door until I drove off the lot with my car. I would highly recommend working with Denis Tomsa. He worked hard to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted. It was my first time purchasing a car on my own and Denis along with Raul (his brother!!!) made this experience AMAZING! Thanks Denis and Raul! You guys ROCK!!!! I love my Mercedes Benz 👍🏾
