If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is 3 miles away from my house. I ordered food 2.5+ hours ago and it is STILL not here. I called an hour after I placed the order and was told it was on the way. I waited another 20 mins and called again. They then told me the order was never put in. I called ANOTHER 45 MINS LATER and she said she would call the delivery guy and hung up on me. I called back 15 mins later and she said it is out for delivery. It is now 9:15 and my food just arrived. The food does taste good but the service was outrageous.

Randomly stopped here from out of town. I wish I had Chinese this good in Syracuse.

Absolutely horrible! Do not order from here. Ordered 2 dinner platters from here at 6:30pm and I still haven't gotten my food at 9 pm even with numerous calls asking where my food is to them first saying it's on the way at 7:30 and then again at 8 saying sorry we forgot your order we never received it. Now it's out for delivery supposedly again and of course there is no supervisor or manager that you can speak to.

This is my second time ordering the boneless spare rib platter and it's burnt AGAIN and my rice looks disgusting ohh and I found a piece of charcoal in my food I'm done ordering food from here it's a waste of money 🤢
