Story

Having grown up in the ancient land of Persia we have learned to respect traditions and cultures. Our affinity to history has taught us the
art of integrating the prosperous past with the promising present.
When we first visited Schenectady in 2005, we fell in love with this revitalizing environment; its artistic inspiration and ethnic compassion.
As we decided to make Schenectady our new home, its insightful community, invigorating culture and rich history encouraged us to
contribute to the development and restoration of our town.
Schenectady, offers us the same cultural sensitivity as Iran, our motherland. We love them both, and will strive to serve as a medium
bridging the two. Introducing our traditional cuisine will provide an opportunity for us to share our way of life with our new neighbors and
friends.
PERSIAN BITE aspires to become a meeting place of these two vibrant cultures and lifestyles, a place where we may learn from one another by sharing stories of love and friendship.
