I've gone to them for many years and they have always been kind and respectful. When it came time to let my baby go a week ago they were patient and compassionate. The took their time explaining and more importantly they were respectful of my baby girl. I miss her but I knew it was time and she let me it was time. She will always be in my heart. Thank you

Good place. The front staff feels stiff at times, as if they want you in and out in minimal time. Kind of wish it was a little more relaxed, but they are friendly and informative when you warm them up. Doctors are all friendly and informative. I like this vet in comparison to others in the area because I never once felt somewhat verbally tricked into something that I may not have really needed. Others have left me frustrated with ear cleaning charges I didn't know I was paying for, or small procedures that could have waited until next visit. I'm staying with this vet.

Excellent doctors!!! Take very good care of our dogs Leo & Sushi. Also, the Kennels, and grooming area is very clean, nice size cages, and they have been grooming be our dogs for about 8 years. Very nice animal hospital!!!

I have three pets I take to Lums Pond, two dogs and a cat. Everyone is very friendly and the vets are clearly knowledgeable and care about your pets. The costs are comparable to other vet offices I have been to in the past. Because it is an animal hospital they can handle pretty much any illment or injury your pet may encounter. The down side to that is they will recommend a lot of treatments such as oral cleanings and such.

I really like Dr. Crozier my dog is one of the tougher dogs to take to the vets Dr. Crozier and staff does a great job with an aggressive dog.
