I had to make a review on Google even though I've already reviewed on Yelp because there was only one review here with one star and that is SOOOOO not accurate. My best guess would be that the individual who gave them one star booked an appointment right before arriving or something... the lash techs don't live in New Haven so if you book right before you go they may or may not be expecting you.

I have had my lashes done by Natasha, Ciara, and Nicole. I have had the lash lift and tint service, as well as lash extensions. All three of them were great! They will help you find something that's a good fit for your lashes and your lifestyle. 

Keep in mind that extensions are not for everyone; they do shed especially if you don't care for them properly, so it's a good idea to get them done as close to your event as possible. I often prefer to get the lash lift and tint because it looks great and is far easier to care for. I have been doing lash extensions in advance of my wedding, and I have really liked the look but I think for maintenance reasons I'll go back to the lift and tint. 

Natasha & company have earned my customer loyalty for sure. :)

I booked my appointment online, and was 10 minutes early. No one showed up for my appointment - the front door was locked. I called the studio # and texted,  as well as christa with no response. After waiting a half hour in the 30 degree weather outside, I left.. still no response 
  On their website, it is mentioned several times about "valuing time" - well, how about valuing the customer's time?
  I am so disappointed...
