Worst skill. Worst service. The female of that shop was very, very rude and had no manners. The man also had low skill and even I showed a photo of hair design to him and he messed my hair awfully. The service charge was so expensive than other places. I don’t want to give even one star.

After looking for months for a salon, I tried Shiny and was finally happy with my haircut. Book in advance as they are usually very busy. They take credit but cash is preferred.

The shop owner is certainly a skilled hair designer, and the salon is clean and well-equipped. Fair enough. However, I wish I had a better experience with my haircut today. The barber seemed to be a little too confident with what my hairstyle "should look the best", and repeatedly ignored my requests not to cut the sides too short. I also wondered why he would charge a normal haircut $30, while reluctant to accept my credit card at first. Should I mention that he reminded me twice "tips are not included"? It is my genuine hope that this hair salon can offer better customer experience in the future.
