Best haircut I got in quite a while. Very laid back and they do not rush to get out like in other places. Very reasonable prices (if you want to spend even less go to super cuts but you will get what you pay for).

Brenda is great!!! She really knows how to work with curly hair... mine is difficult and she didn't shy away from it and gave me a beautiful cut and the best blow dry I've ever had

I had my hair cut my Jim recently and I think it's the best haircut I had in a while. Also Jim is really fun to talk to and easy going. I totally recommend him (and the shop)!

I have been here in late October 2017 and my experience was very bad !!

Unprofessionalism is very apparent, trying to save up on everything and letting you walk out with wet hair (like soaking wet). 

If you can avoid it don't go!!!!.

..the prices aren't even amazing for the low quality !! In New Haven try the "Hive"  - worth 5 more dollars and actually getting a hair cut with all STANDARD amenities (cutting wet hair, washing the hair and then blowing it).
