Lux Bond and Green has been my families jeweler since I was young. The staff goes above and beyond to take great care of you and your jewelry. Repairs are excellent and timely. Custom jewelry is phenomenal, and their selection of the classics is always fresh and fun. A one stop shop for any holiday, birthday, or special occasion for that special someone! The Rolex counter is always stuffed and they always have the newest latest and greatest! Can't say enough good things! Fantastic place and a must visit if you have not been.

The store is a very welcoming place - greeted by several of the folks working there as I entered.  I went to see if a watchband that 2 other jewelers said was impossible to adjust (remove a link) could somehow be adjusted. Shiva waited on me and had no problem doing the job.  He was extremely friendly and professional and obviously quite competent. While I  at the service counter, I witnessed a number of other customers being cared for by several other service people - they were all friendly, polite and efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing.  All customers were taken care of in short order and everyone walked away happy.  I will be back whenever i need a jeweler.  For sure. I highly recommend Lux Bond and Green.

My fiancé and I came into the store to shop for wedding bands. Annie greeted us warmly and invited us to sit down. She made our experience a great one! She was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We did not feel rushed or pushed to buy anything and as a result will be more likely to go back once we know we have found what we want.

I recently picked up a beautiful personalized gift from Lux Bond and Green for my niece's baptism. In the hustle to get my two toddlers in the car, I left the gift and my wallet in the parking lot.

After receiving a message, I called the store and spoke with Mrs. Green. I explained that I was on my own with my kids for the evening because my husband was working the evening shift. She was unbelievably kind and insisted on dropping my belongings off at my house so that I didn't have to take my children out with me or find a babysitter. 

I'm so appreciative and impressed with the Lux Bond and Green's outstanding customer service!
