Firstly, I impressed that she takes recycling seriously and was willing to accept my old jewellery to reuse.  It was an absolute pleasure meeting and working with Michelle - the whole process from initial discussion, through to design and creation was fascinating, fun, friendly and professional. I randomly came across Michelle on Etsy  and instantly loved her work! I asked Michelle to make a bookmark representing my cat, I was not disappointed! It’s amazing, she has captured the features perfectly. All the details are exquisite!! I cannot fault her! I will definitely be asking Michelle to make more customs pieces for me

I have bought several beautiful pieces from Michelle at Park Road jewellery both for my myself and as gifts for others. Great unique designs, warm customer service and  high end quality at reasonable prices! She's my go-to for Christmas and for little treats for myself!

I wouldn't trust anyone else with my engagement ring. The level of care and respect for what the ring means to me was outstanding.   We have also purchased other tokens from Park Road Jewellery and I am sure we will be back for more.  Especially the three peaks inspired necklaces, they are so very pretty.

I'm have purchased a few items from Park Road Jewellery and love each item for its individuality, also had a one off ring made for a special birthday, Michelle takes time with all the jewellery she makes so you know it will be top quality.
