Luxecares is a great place to get me back to the sanity after work.  I live across the town and the traffic is really bad at the peak hours; therefore, I usually spend a good two hours every two weeks to get ME time at Luxecares for the last 2 years.  This place is small, clean, peaceful (don't get me wrong, Luxecares is about fully booked every time I am there); they able to keep the place so soothing with the music, ambient and the vibe, you can feel the positive energy at the moment the receptionist greets you.  The staff is very professional and focus on the client and not too chatty, but the will Cary a warm conversation once you start to engage the conversation because they respect their client quality time.  The lighting is kept at low, but focus where should be, at the positions where the tech carrying out the works.  They have plenty of light once you request the assistance. The managers are very knowledgeable about the products, techniques along with the super positive manner.  Two years, everything has been great. Per my observation, most of the tech are very good, but some are better than the others in the skill level, but they work as the team, so they help each other to achieve any requests.

Absolutely love this place. I was greeted at the door by Harrison, tended to immediately, given my glass of wine as I picked my nail color, seated in the pedicure chair and my pedicure was absolutely amazing! Lina is great!!!! She was thorough, took her time and very sweet. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and it was well overdue. The environment is so relaxing and the ambiance is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying! I will definitely be back.

Best experience around town. A tad pricy but you can't complain for the attention to detail.

UPDATE: I used to go here for all my services but the last couple times the product does not meet that of the price, less then a week and polish came off my toes and got a few cuts while she was doing my manicure because she was too busy talking on the phone, imagine that.

They are probably the rudest place I've been. I walked in and a lady Kim started with me whom I was happy with. I had shellac on and wanted a simple manicure. A man walked in whom I assumed was a regular asking for a manicure as well. Kim pushed me to the side and sent over a young girl with claws for nails who did not know how to shape my nails and "pretended" to do my cuticles.  Save your time and money-

I went here last week for a polish change in gel. It was kind of expensive considering I pay as much as a polish change was here for manicure someplace else. But I stopped in because they were open until 8 and the place I wanted to go to I would have never made it in time. They did offer me drinks in the lighting was nice. But I was the first one to pick the polish color that I got and I think that it was old. Within 3 days it was already chipping off and my nails were not polished to the edge. She was so worried about painting over my cuticles that she didn't paint my nails fully. I have gotten this color in other places and it looked different. I was with the friend that day and she waited in the car for me. I showed her my nails when I left the place and three days later when they were already chipping. She told me to go back and I don't even want to waste my gas. So yes it is a very relaxing atmosphere but I can go any place and have my nails done better.
