Went here on Mother's Day, did not get serviced and immediately turned around!!! A customer receiving a pedicure saw a rat while getting serviced. When I walked into the pedicure area of the shop, it was not clean to my standards. The pedicure bowls had plastic wrap on them that were all filled with water!?!?! Who knows how long this standing water was like this. The smell of the pedicure area also smelled like corn chips. Will never get serviced there! I would give 0 stars if I could

DO NOT GET SERVICED HERE. I have never visited such a rude, poorly ran operation like this place in my life. To begin with, they are not adequately staffed to be a nail shop. They have over 10 nail booths and pedicure bowls, and maybe 2 people that are actually qualified to do nails. The owner, rather it be the man or woman are both extremely rude and could care less about customers. I tried to give this place a chance because it is in a convenient location, but I will never do so again. I went here on Mother's Day and I stayed in the shop for 3 and a 1/2 hours. Due to them being money hungry, instead of telling me how long the wait would be, the owner continued to lie and tell me that my wait would be shorter than it actually was. She constantly left me UNATTENDED while she took a break, talked on the phone, and tended to everyone else in the shop. I personally witnessed one of the staff members tell an African-American girl that he would not do her nails because the length she wanted was "too long". He left the customer in the chair, while he went to the back and had lunch. When he returned up front, the customer asked why he had left her there without any knowledge on if he would service her or not, and he got upset and began speaking to the owner in their language. As an educated individual, that is very particular about how and where I spend my money, I AM ADVISING PEOPLE TO NOT DO SO HERE. They are a racist business with horrible customer service.

I can't believe how rude the staff is. The service is poor. I had an appointment someone New came in and the mgr. who was my tech passed me off to someone else. Since I had her before I wanted her to do my nails again. Instead she said " Next time!" One of the managers apparently does not trust the staff, she closed the door in the room where you get your brows done to ask me what my nail tech said to me. They higher non trained technicians. After two disturbing visits, I will not be back.

HORRIBLE! Came in at 11:30 to get a mani pedi and by 1 they only managed to do my toes. The people were rude, ignored me as if I wasn't there. Horrible service.

When it opened, it was fabulous. Now they seem stressed and one accused me of stealing nail polish.
