My pedicure was fine but my manicure was terrible! I have sensitive skin so I cannot wear fake nails. I had 2 nails that were broken. I told them I wanted to leave the longer nails long. Do not make them even. I told her that 4 times & she STILL cut my nails down to stubs! My cuticals look terrible! I cried! Now I'm going to a wedding with boy hands! I'm so upset. If I'm paying for a service you should do what I ask!

I went to Lulu. She did a wonderful job on my coffin-shaped acrylics. They didn't try to overcharge me for gel like a lot of shops try to do and she actually spoke to me. A lot of nail technicians just ask the basics of what you want and don't say another word to you. She actually had a conversation with me while still managing to get them done in a timely manner. I messed up a couple of my nails and she happily fixed them for me without giving me attitude like I've dealt with in the past. Definitely coming back for Lulu!

Pretty good place pretty good service. Its always packed on weekends. Andy, Tom and Lulu are the best in my opinion . Lulu is in school she is only there on weekends. She is talented. Andy is really good everyone requests him though so be ready to wait. Tom is great he takes his time so if your in a rush don't ask for Tom BUT it is worth it. He did my nail last and I am so happy with them. They close at either 7 or 7:30 they don't send you away if it is close to that time. Overall compared to all shops in the area as well the place to go.

They do SPECTACULAR nails and eyebrows. I always leave satisfied with what they have done. I got my nails done on Dec. 23, 2016 and they lasted up to Jan. 14, 2017. My eyebrows were shaped perfectly and they did much better than the other places I have gone to. They didn't pluck my skin and leave it bleeding nor did they leave honey sit on my face. They actually cleaned it off. GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Throughly disappointed I'm here on a week day around 1:00 there a people here but it's not at all crowded. The young lady that greeted me and told me where to sit barely have me an opportunity to pick my color everything she did was rush rush rush I asked if she were in a hurry and if so I would wait for someone who wasn't. I wanted the benefits of the spa experience. She rushed so fast through the pedicure I asked not to get the polish and to cancel the manicure to go elsewhere a receive the treatment that I was willing to pay for.  EVERY DISSAPOINTED IN THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE !
