Roughly 10 days after having the ring in my possession I noticed a small diamond was missing. To be honest, I never paid close enough attention to the small diamonds around the sides to see if they were all there when the ring was delivered. 
I started making phone calls. The number on my invoice went unanswered. The US Customer Service number asks for an extension - you don't even have the ability to speak with someone! You can leave a message I believe.
After several days and attempts to reach someone at the store I was finally successful. They were going to take care of the ring for me! They would send me a label and we could get this issue resolved. Here's where the issue arises. 
I get my return label via FedEx. I don't have a FedEx location local to me, I figured why can't I just send the package USPS with the address that was on the return label? So thats what I did. Well as I was told from the "returns manager" at the store, "if the delivery driver for USPS doesn't recognize the name that the package is addressed to, they will not deliver it. They only accept packages from FedEx, UPS, etc. THIS WAS NOT DISCLOSED TO ME before I mailed the package down for repair. I would have made the drive to find a FedEx location had I known this!! 
Fast forward to today, I mailed the package out on 11/22/17. It was "refused by sender" on 11/30/17. No one knows where my package is. Post Office says it was returned to sender (I don't have it), store says they never received it (they probably didn't because of the lack of communication with their customer!) So now I am in the process of filing a claim with the post office to try and locate my item. If I am able to recover it I will just eat the missing diamond and put my pretty piece of jewelry in the box - I'm not dealing with sending something across the country again for repair by a business who can not communicate with their customers. It just isn't worth the headache. 
They are probably a great jewelry store option for locals of Florida but I doubt if I would recommend them to any of my friends living or traveling in the Orlando area.

I went into the store not really looking to buy anything.   Gerardo Rodriguez greeted us and asked if we needed help.   We were just looking so he let us look but was availble when I was ready to look at a few watches.  He was very helpful  and pleasant to work with.  I ended up purchasing a watch and I am very happy with it!  It was a nice experience in your store and will definitely go back!

I'm not a big watch fan and found a watch I fell I love with but it was in gold so they offered to order it and let us know when it came in. Never heard a word.
   We only live 40 min away and I got hired at Disney and it was our wedding ann. So we stopped in again to check on the watch and nothing to we spoke to a manager and she swore up and down that it would be 1-2 weeks and it would be in.
   3 weeks went by and I was almost 2 hours early to work so I ran in and they never put it in. I spoke with the head guy and he said he would take care of it but that's when there were bad storms going on and it would tale at least 2 months... Ok I thought I'm this guy is at least being honest. He had me show him the watch and asked for all my info and it 9 months later and haven't heard 1 word from these liars.
  That was suppose to be my anniversary and congrats gift from my husband.

I was very pleased with the customer service. Juliana Ramirez was wonderful! She answered all of my questions and was very kind and pleasant.

Walked in on a spur-of-the-moment kind of thing. And we were treated very well. We were actually approach several times by sales folks. As we locked in on some earrings, I made a simple hand gesture, and wham! Two sales folks jumped to either side of us. Between them, we purchased a nice set of earrings. 
Then, I pointed out a way-over-the-top bracelet to my wife.
When she demurred, the sales woman showed her a really nice, delicate tri-gold bracelet. It was perfect!

I will come back to shop here, the next time we are in the area.
Their prices were not outlandish when taking into account where the store is located.
