If you want to get your jewelry cleaned, save yourself a couple of hours and do it elsewhere. They'll send you away promising a 30-45 minute finish time, and then lose track of your jewelry and make you wait again at pick up. They do have in park exclusives, which would be a reason to stop in, but don't come for anything else.

Some of the ladies’ there were nice but the particular one that was sent over to help us was SO RUDE. I believe her name was Maricar or something like that. She yelled “what do you want??” We said this bow ring and pointed. She yelled, “which one???” We showed her. She yelled, “what size???” The problem is she kept yelling at us in a condescending manner. We were so shocked that we ended up saying never mind and left.

The staff were extremely friendly. I had quick and effective service from three of their staff. They were sold out of one of the items I was looking for and they immediately directed me to where I was able to purchase it.

My mother bought a bracelet for me out when she was in Disney world last week. She wanted to make sure she could return it for cash at our store in Colorado if I did not like the bracelet. She and my sister both said the person who helped them said they could definitely return it for a full cash refund in colorado. We found out that was a lie when I got the bracelet, you can only get store credit. This store obviously was just trying to make a sale and lacks integrity. Do not ever buy from a store that using tactics like this to make a sell it's straight lying and disgusting.

This was the worst pandora I ever went to ' the seller was just disgusting forcing me to buy something that I didn't want ' I just want the fkn bracelet but the Latin girl is so arrogant '
