I can honestly say driving from Montgomery to Auburn to purchase my F150 was the best decision I ever made. I've visited several auto dealerships in the past and I've shopped at several Ford dealerships before making this purchase and I can honestly say this has been the best experience I've had thus far. Not only did the staff make me feel welcomed but they proved from day one that they would go above and beyond to get me the car of my dreams. The fact that the salesman and sales manager took the time to find EVERYTHING that I wanted on my F150 showed me that they were committed to keeping satisfied customers more than making an everyday sale

Tremaine was one of the best salesmen I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He has a great personality, is very driven, and followed through to make sure I was completely satisfied from the moment I walked in the dealership until the purchase of the vehicle was complete. 
Marcella put in the extra time and effort to search as many locations as possible to find the one in a million truck that I wanted. Jennifer, the finance manager, was also very personable and she was able to assist me with getting the best deal possible while also walking me through the process of getting everything I needed to feel safe and secure in my purchase.

Overall, the team at AutoNation Ford made the process as seamless as possible and they ensured that as the customer, I came first!  If you’re in need of a car or service then I highly recommend AutoNation Ford Auburn!

I just purchased a gently used truck from AutoNation in Auburn and I have to say, I had a really wonderful experience. My sales associate, Courtney, was super nice and very low pressure (no gross used car salesman tactics) and was great about keeping in contact. I was torn between two trucks and he helped me decide on the right truck for my hauling needs (which I should note was the cheaper truck). So I wasn't pushed to buy the more expensive truck just for them to make more money. In addition to Courtney, the sales manager and everyone else at the dealership was super nice and accommodating. At the end of it, I felt that I got the best deal I'd seen both in Auburn and surrounding areas (including Atlanta) for the truck and that I was treated with respect. I will very likely go back to this dealership in the future.

My experience with AutoNation Ford in Auburn was excellent. I initially went on their website and found a vehicle I was really interested in. I was contacted within the hour inviting me to see the vehicle. The following day, I arrived at 9am and made contact with the salesman (Mr. Austin McKerley) that I had been contacted by. Everything went smooth from there. One thing that stuck out in my mind was how knowledgeable the salesman was on the vehicle in reference to the technology. He actually showed me what the vehicle had and how it all worked which I really liked. From my experience in the past, not many salesman would take the time to do that. At the end of the day, I got a great deal on an awesome truck.

The salesman, Brian was very helpful and patient. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and answered all of my questions and concerns. They let me borrow the car to drive down to my wife's work so she could have a look at it.  They worked with me to get the lowest payment possible. The finance department was great and worked to get.me a great interest rate. The car was clean and in great shape.  My son Loves his new car and we just want to say a Big Thank You to Brian and all of the staff that helped.to make this car purchase happen.

My '13 Ford F150 decided to blow its engine while we were headed to Auburn one Saturday afternoon for a football game.  AutoNation Ford was the nearest Ford dealer in the area so we decided to have it towed there for diagnosis and repair.  The service guys there were great!  The service manager (Buck) let me know what I was looking at (probable blown engine) and what the procedures were for warranty repair.  In addition, Buck helped us secure rental transportation back home, even though all the car rental shops were officially closed for the day because of the game. During the repair process, Buck kept me informed and gave me an accurate date when my vehicle would be ready for pickup.  Upon pickup, they provided a detailed writeup on what specific maintenance actions they took and what parts were replaced.  I was very pleased with their service.  And even though they are not in my local area, I just may make the one hour drive from home just to have them service my vehicle in the future when the need arises!
