Back in the day they used to have bands play here in this park. As Lyndhurst used to be a predominantly Italian and Polish town, they used to have polka dances right here at this park. One concert that stands out is when they had Jimmy Sturr and his Orchestra play here one summer evening, probably in the early 1990s. It was one of the better polka band concerts that I have been too. Don't know if they still have concerts here anymore or not, but they should.

This place is excellent for a nice visit just to sit down, contemplate the colorful fountain and take in the summer breeze. Other than that, it offers a pretty sizable playground for kids, which is the reason why must people go.

didn't like it. very small and in between town. didn't feel like park visit. not much parking available. NJ has tons of other big and good parks. spray park is even not good.. very small and paid

Beautiful park well kept with fountains and bandstand.  We saw a band at music under the stars event and had a blast.  The fountains were lit up with beautiful color.l

Park is very nice but nowhere did intention That you have to pay for the kids to use the spray park. And not just kids but adults too just to watch. The teenager collecting the money is also very rude. Bring cash because they also don't take cards .oh well maybe next time.
