Reviews
Read all the reviews and was anticipating the worst but I received great service. The women I spoke too was very helpful and funny. I went on a Friday around 9 am. Also, it’s in the Fred Meyer hallway as if you were going to their restrooms. Waited for a whole of 2 seconds to be helped. I think patience and a kind smile go along way.

Absolutely rude service! I went there to transfer a vehicle title and the old woman at the desk was absolutely rude. She also lied and told me I had to PASS an emission before getting the TITLE, which is false. Obviously I wasn't going to spend money repairing the car before I had the title. I went to a different licensing place and they gave me the title no problem.

Beyond pissed and frustrated that I drove around for damn near 7 minutes trying to find this place and it’s INSIDE of a store. How about maybe you INCLUDE THIS IMPORTANT AND CRITCAL INFORMATION with the location address at the bottom of the confirmation email?!?!?! What a joke. When you are hidden inside of a store with virtually no visible signage you would think SOMEONE would want to improve that. Y’all should be closed down until you figure this out.
