Took my watch here to get the dial replaced I was okay with the price but when they returned my watch the face of the watch had a crack in it, guy decided to tell me "it's probably due to me being too rough with it". This wasn't an everyday watch only (1) year old. You can see that I was upset, next time I take photos of the things I take there. Would've rated higher but their dishonesty and insufficiency to make it correct was astonishing. Another way for businesses to get one over on a young woman.

Nice shop. Owners were there very nice people.. I'm perfectly ok paying 10$ for them to swap out my battery on my watch.. will be back when it dies again

I've brought all my watches here for the past several years for a variety of minor repairs.  Battery replacements, sizing, clasps, etc.  While some of my friends consider the prices for those services to be on the high side I like the proprietors.  They are always friendly in my experiences there.

It doesn't hurt that there are a variety of tasty food options in the same strip mall at your convenience while you wait.
