Michael and Michelle were so incredibly kind and gracious in helping my son and his girlfriend find the right engagement ring that fit their budget. Michael met with My son twice and was so generous with his time and advice. The ring is beautiful and we have confidence in the quality of the diamond. Definitely this is a jeweler you can trust!! While the kids were looking, Michelle came up with a great design to help my wife repurpose some old jewelry. She will enjoy wearing the new cocktail ring at holiday parties. My Husband bough my engagement diamond with Michael E. Minden 20 years ago this May. Over the years we have taken my ring into his store when it was across from the Palace Station and to his new location in the Fashion Show Mall. That is how faithful we are to him and his staff. But this last incident left a very bad taste in our mouths. About the 1st of Oct on 2017 I broke a prong on my engagement ring. I immediately brought it to Michael store. As soon I walked in I didn' t feel right. The Store Assoc. turned to the other Assoc and put her had up in front of her mouth and said something to the Assoc standing with her. they both just waited for us to walk to the back of the store. I explained what happen she took the ring and noted it gave me a receipt stated about a week and would call me. I stated sounds Great. Thanked her and left. the quote about 100.00 I thing. That was ok. When we go home I received a call and the Jeweler stated the ring now needs all the Prongs replaced. That's 12 Prongs on the whole ring now. That now about 375.00. Well for the safety of the stones I said ok. About a week to repair. the called in a week. When to pick the ring up and I checked all the prongs and the one prong that was broken off looked like it was still ruff on top and could catch a piece of material the side looked like a 5 year old soldered it. I asked them If they even really replaced all of them. Because when we first arrived the ring was not even ready they asked to give them about another 2 hours or so. we just drove from N. Las Vegas. and they called us and stated the ring was ready. and now they needed more time. Sounded like a rush job to me. Well I work from home and in Dec. I was Very Sick I have Barely been out of the house. I don't wear my rings at home. I have worked from the year 1997 to 2008 in the casino as a slot person when they floor people used to put their hands in the machines to fix them for the Customer with my rings on. I never has a issue all these years. But I know I did break the prong the first time! but on this repair job is and Customer. if just very poor workmanship. I just people to be aware and make smart decisions. Michael E. Minden store if not the same Quality as it used to be. This is Sad. Very Sad.

I was at Fashion Show doing some shopping so I thought I'd drop in and ask them if they did trade-ins or bought jewelry. I have a ring I want to get rid of. The blonde woman who "helped" me was SO incredibly condescending. She had such a bad attitude and made me feel AWFUL. She acted as if I was an idiot and talked down to me, I left feeling horrible that I even went in to ask anything. Teach your sales staff not to be such horrendous human beings.

It was by accident that I stopped by this store. I was looking to get a few stainless steel watches polished. I never heard of this store before but when I walked by I was warmly greeted by the sales women and made me feel very welcomed. They invited me to take a seat and wait for the owner "Michael". I had brought my daughter along with me and the women were so nice and helped keep her entertained while I was negotiating with Michael. Michael is a very nice, well dressed, business man. I really believe he gave me his honest opinion about my watches that I wanted to get polished. I didn't sell them to him but I did have a few other jewelry pieces that he did end up buying from me. I left content and I will be back, hopefully to BUY next time.

Been shopping at Minden's place for decades. Just recently purchased my engagement and wedding bands from them. Outstanding service, quality and value. "Celebrate the Moment." Yes we did. Thank Michael E Minden.
