SO DISSATISFIED I went in November, one month ago! They ran 2 transactions and told me that I was to receive a credit for one - as their machine was down, I have called SEVERAL times, left numerous messages and the manager doesn’t return my phone call. I was charged twice, and the credit never showed up!!!! I am a pandora customer, and I have never had THIS HORRENDOUS customer service!!!! I am short $102.84 I need you to call bract me IMMEDIATELY!!!!

Worst experience you could ever have. I was previously at the Disneyland Pandora and treated with the utmost respect and the best customer service you could receive. I was informed of exclusive charms that you can get in different cities and then was notified of the dice which you can get in Las Vegas. Generally you buy them as a pair or you can buy them individually (all this information was coming from a Pandora employee) Myself and my partner walked into Caesars Palace Pandora and was greeted by Zoey and was shown the charms exclusive to Vegas. We saw the pair of dice and asked if we could get one (not telling her that we were previously told you can get them separately as stores will always try and sell the pair) and were advised that we couldn't. We then informed Zoey that we were told by an employee that you could and we'd like to buy only one. Her attitude and body language completely changed to become quite confrontational and her attitude was extremely rude. My partner stepped in and asked to speak to the manager Yuki and informed her what had happened and the information that we have from a fellow employee. The manager informed us generally we would only sell them as a pair but this time we will sell it separately. Everything sorted. So we thought everything was sorted, Zoey continued to have the worst attitude I've ever seen. We asked her if there as an issue and she blatantly said "yes" and my partner replied "your manager has given the okay and thats the final decision" Zoey continued to say "this is unfair" "unfair for other customers" "this is wrong" and shaking her head. Such disgusting behaviour from a grown adult, if you want to act like a child then quit your job and move on elsewhere. You are the face of a company which is possibly franchised out and are the face of the owner who owns it. Once a manager steps in and says yes or no thats the final answer and your staff needs to suck it up and finish the job with a smile on their face and then be angry about it later on or go into a meeting with the manager and deal with it then. To be treated so poorly left a sour taste in our mouths. If your staff has an issue with a customer they can go about complaining about them with each other behind closed doors, not in front of them before they are about to spend money and buy something. How dare a staff member treat the people who are making the money for your boss to pay your wage be so rude and unprofessional. Zoey needs to understand hierarchy and management and now to respect customers. You officially lost a sale from us and you'll continue losing more sales if she is working there and treating customers the way she did. We are from Australia and have friends planning on heading to Las Vegas and will tell them to by pass your store due to the sheer unprofessional rude behaviour. Zoey also needs to be fired or quit or be sent to serious training on how to deal with customers and how to respect management. Not did she only disrespect the customer that walked through the door but she also disrespected her manager in a store filled with customers. Seriously unacceptable and unprofessional. To the owner who owns that Pandora store, Zoey needs to be spoken to about how to treat customers its simple customer service. Learn what it stands for or leave and get a job where you aren't face to face with customers. Disgusting behaviour, attitude, unprofessionalism and disrespect to management is appalling. TRAINING IS NEEDED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OR EXPECT TO LOSE MORE SALES.

Very poor service, one of the salesclark named Lillian is very rude, unfriendly, impolite and racist. There are lot of pandora stores nearby in Vegas, STAY AWAY from this one!
