My friend and I went in for full leg waxing. Although the waxing part was quite unpleasant (it was our first time) Carlee was so friendly and outgoing we ended up having a great time. It was like hanging out with old friends it was that comfortable of an atmosphere. We laughed and joked the entire time, our only complaints came from wincing through the waxing. We loved our experience here!

This was a disappointing way to spend $600. I bought to services here. A package for the silk peels (6) and a Brazilian wax. 

Let me address them separately. The silk peels, for $100 a facial, on "sale" are expensive. The technician was Carly. For the first one (where they were trying to convince me to get the package) it was pretty good. Its kind of like a microderm abrasion. The procedure was about thirty minutes. 

After I bought another $500 of services and prepaid? I am not joking when I say my facial took under ten minutes. I mean literally dragging the tool across my face on the highest setting and I was in and out of there in ten minutes with my skin feeling like it was on fire and she ran off to her next appointment. And as for the "did my skin look better?" question? No. Perhaps if someone took the time and didn’t just rake the tool over my face at warp speed it might have looked better but I can’t say for sure.

With the wax.The technician again was Carly. This was my first Brazilian wax and I was not really comfortable. The issue that I had was that I booked an appointment for 3:30. At 3:45 she gets a knock on the door that someone needs their eyebrows threaded. So, she leaves me on the table in an uncomfortable position (with wax cooling and a towel over the area) while she goes to thread someone’s eyebrows. Um what??!! I found this extremely unprofessional. 10 minutes later she reappears and the service resumes but I was appalled that they would leave a scheduled appointment to just randomly thread someone’s eyebrows while they have a customer on the table.

Lastly, good luck getting a call back or email from them. I sent them three emails asking when my package expired, no response. I called, no response. I would avoid this company at all costs.

I wouldn't even give them a star. Carlee is the one in charge of NaturaVera Spa, and she's very unprofessional. I had a couple of appointments there, some she would text me to reschedule. I once showed up and she said she overbooked and she couldn't take me. I had bought a Groupon so I just kept trying so I could redeem my Groupon. The last chance I gave them she reschedule me for a later appointment than the time set.i showed up to the appointment she told me to get ready she would be right back. I waited  45 min and nothing got dressed went outside she's nowhere in the building go to the parking lot and she was texting on her phone inside her car. I got into my car and she didn't even notice someone had left her office. I sat there in total 50 min to an hour since she had left me upstairs in the room. And all this time she was on her phone in her car. How can someone forget they have a client waiting ?!

Carlee is incredible. She walked me through my first time waxing below the belt. She did such a through job. (it was horribly painful but it was over so quick and worth the results)

Purchased a Groupon for 3 spray tans, redeemed one. Had two remaining and made sure I asked if I could redeem the two remaining spray tans AFTER expiration date and Monica said that it would be fine. Didn't realize they had changed the spray tanning to someone different at the spa and when I came there my Groupon was NOT honored. The spray tan technician said she'd have the owner (Monica) call, but have not received a call back regarding the issue....
